What you're buying

A MilesToPass plan is a one-time payment for 12 months of access to one state's exam course: every lesson and its audio, the full practice-question bank with spoken rationales, mock exams, and your progress synced across your devices. The price is shown on the state's page before you pay. It does not renew and you will not be charged again.

The free lessons, audio and practice questions stay free, with or without a plan.

Refunds

If MilesToPass isn't right for you, email support@milestopass.com from the address you paid with within 5 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. Access to the paid plan ends when the refund is issued.

After 5 days, purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

No pass guarantee

MilesToPass helps you prepare; it can't sit the exam for you. We don't promise that you will pass, and failing the exam is not grounds for a refund outside the 5-day window above. MilesToPass is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any state licensing agency or exam provider.

Your account

A plan belongs to the account it was bought for and is for one person's use. Please don't share your sign-in. We may suspend an account that is being shared or used to copy the course content.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. The charge appears on your statement as MILESTOPASS. If you don't recognise a charge, please email us before contacting your bank; we'll sort it out quickly.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date above changes too. A purchase stays under the terms you agreed to when you made it.
