Reinstatement of a health policy

Restoration of a lapsed policy when the insurer accepts a late premium without an application, or, if it requires an application and issues a conditional receipt, when it approves it or the 45th day passes without written disapproval. Accidents are covered at once; sickness only if it begins more than 10 days later.
