Annuity suitability

Florida's requirement in section 627.4554 that a recommended annuity have a reasonable basis grounded in the consumer's actual profile information. For a replacement, the agent must weigh surrender charges, lost benefits, higher fees, net benefit, and any replacement in the prior 60 months.
